Annual meeting notice: agenda and nominations

This year's annual meeting happens on the last Sunday of next month at the community hall, starting at 10 am.

Agenda

1. Office bearers' report for the year
2. Audited accounts and the membership fund summary
3. Programme budget for the coming year
4. Nominations for two open committee seats

Active members may nominate themselves or a fellow member until one week before the meeting by emailing the secretary. The full accounts PDF will be posted for members to download seven days before the meeting.
